By registering for or accessing any part of the Rev Education platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users including students, visitors, and any other individuals who interact with our platform.

2. Description of Services

Rev Education Pvt Ltd provides an education consulting and student support platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• Study abroad consulting and university placement support
• A student portal with enrolled class management and study resources
• Online live classes with certified instructors
• AI-powered CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) mock interview sessions
• IELTS, PTE, and language preparation materials
• Visa application documentation guidance

3. User Accounts

To access the student portal, you must register using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and session tokens
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at info@reveducation.com.np if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Credits

Certain features, including CAS mock interview sessions and class bookings, require the purchase of credits or direct payment. By making a payment, you agree that:

• All transactions are processed through our authorized payment partners (eSewa, Fonepay)
• Credits purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed
• Unused credits may be refunded subject to our refund policy, which can be requested within 7 days of purchase
• Rev Education Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice

5. CAS Mock Interview Platform

The CAS mock interview feature is powered by AI and is intended solely for preparation purposes. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• The AI interviewer does not guarantee visa approval or interview success
• Interview sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and model improvement
• Feedback and scores are automated and should be used as a guide, not a definitive assessment
• You must not share, reproduce, or misuse AI-generated reports outside of personal preparation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Distribute, copy, or reproduce any study materials without written permission
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users or staff
• Use automated bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rev Education platform — including study materials, course content, AI interview reports, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of Rev Education Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Rev Education Pvt Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted access, visa outcomes, or specific academic results from using our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rev Education Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to visa rejections, missed class sessions, or data loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
